Sorcha (BSc Hons Multimedia) is a Lead Accessibility Developer and Senior Auditor at Segala. She is Segala’s main resident WAI expert and is responsible for the implementation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and new W3C technologies on the Segala Web site.

She is a member of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group and the Mobile Web Best Practices (MWBP) Working Group.

Sorcha’s interests lie in accessible design, with particular emphasis on overcoming the technical challenges presented when merging accessibility with creative and engaging web design.
