Well, i’m back at my online shop test manager role at o2 again and i am just starting up on a new project. Its a bit hush hush so i can’t go into the details. What i can say though is that the project is using SCRUM as its management methodology. It’s the first time it has been used at o2 so we are under some pretty heavy scrutiny. I think a lot of people are interested to see how it pans out because in theory, it is an excellent methodolody and it would be very suitable for many of o2′s projects. We’re getting some very positive feedback already which is always encouraging. Still, it’s very early days though so watch this space for updates…
