		<description>I am wondering why BSi are defining guidelines in this area - if they are not doing so in conjunction with w3c, it could be seen as competition for w3c standard.  Will have a look anyway - my first worry is this is a &quot;reinventing the wheel&quot; exercise.  Or maybe I am a little too cynical!</description>
