Segala assisted and guided all O2 operating businesses (DE, NL, and IE) in the implementation of their internetworking schedules and test plans. The team gained a full understanding of Nokia, Ericsson and CMG MMSC Interaction and liaised on a day-to-day basis with developers, business analysts, software architects and upper management for discussions regarding problems, progress updates and with the preparation of Test Plans and rework
