O2.com
Background

O2’s accessibility programme commenced with an initiative to redevelop its corporate Web site (www.o2.com). The site was completely re-designed in line with W3C WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 1.0, level Double-A and 3 checkpoints in Triple-A.
Segala’s Involvement
Segala was awarded an exclusive contract to assist all agencies and content providers deliver a Web site that met O2’s accessibility requirements. Segala provided early-stage design feedback to capture potential issues and address them as soon as possible. Ongoing consultancy and assistance was provided to all parties involved throughout the development and launch phases.
