About the Certificate

The award of a Segala certificate helps you to ensure that your website is prioritised by new search engine and browser technologies that provide users with the functionality to filter certified and trusted websites. Additionally, you can use Segala's certificate to demonstrate compliance with US, European and national requirements for accessibility.

Segala allows you to make individual declarations about accessibility conformance without the restrictive requirement to meet a set list of checkpoints that qualify for WAI Single A, Double A or Triple A conformance. This enables you to convert your website for accessibility conformance in a planned and managed process. Large websites may also be converted for accessibility conformance without the need to convert the whole site in order to be awarded a certificate.
