How we operate

Segala started life as a ‘resource provider’ and perfected the process of managing re-sources on a fluctuating project portfolio where we built the capability to scale the team size up and down in very short timescales. For example, during a busy Christmas period we seamlessly increased the team size from 9 to 22 whilst providing very high caliber resources.

Although Segala has since changed its business model dramatically where we now provide managed services, we still retain the capability to offer a very flexible solution that would match any clients’ requirements if this is the business model you choose.
