What is O2 Litmus?

In short, O2 Litmus is a developers portal created by O2 to facilitate the creation of new and exciting mobile applications. It provides tools, libraries and advice for any budding or established mobile application developer out there.

What’s our involvement?

Segala manages the “O2 Approved” application certification process operating within O2 Litmus. Achieving this certification for your application will increase the confidence of the community in both you and your products, and is a prerequisite for your application to be considered for launch into O2 UK’s distribution channels.

What do we do?

O2 doesn’t want just any old applications flooding Litmus. They are looking for innovation, creativity and pure genius. They are NOT looking for anything which compromises their brand, does not do what it claims to do or does not follow the guidelines which they have set out.

Platinum certification from Segala means that your product will be considered for full distribution. An exclusive license that can only be authenticated by Segala.

We enable your product by working with you to complete the full suite of testing required for licensing. O2 require you to complete full user, handset and coverage testing.
